MArshfield Beach Cottage Rehab
Check out some exterior photos from our beach cottage rehab project. We stripped all the siding, trim, doors, and windows and started over new. We installed all new Andersen windows, new front and rear entry doors, dipped white cedar shingles, and pvc trim to give it a full make over that will withstand the coastal elements. To top it off we threw on a new roof and installed a new skylight to brighten up the interior!
Farm house Facelift
This 1930s farmhouse was in need of both cosmetic and structural surgery. After removing the old decking and railings it was clear that we would need to reframe the deck and jack up the roof to make everything level and structurally sound. After throwing on some new decking, railings, trim, shingles, beadboard ceiling, recessed lights, as well as retrimming the gable and bay window, we had this house looking good as new while maintaining the farmhouse charm!
