Office addition
Here is an addition we completed over the winter. This new mudroom and staircase will provide access to the client’s at home offices on the third floor.
Sunroom addition
This addition is complete with a sunroom, screen porch, deck, and a patio to provide a beautiful space for ever season.
Second Floor addition
Enjoy these final exterior photos from a second floor addition we completed this spring! For this project we added a second floor above the garage and mudroom and remodeled the entire second floor of the existing house. In total we added two new bedrooms above the garage, a homework room above the mudroom, added a new master bathroom, added a new second floor laundry room, and remodeled an existing kids bathroom!

This first floor dining room bump out, and second floor deck and master suite, transformed this costal cottage into a true South Shore dream home.
3 Season addition
Three season room addition project in Hanover. Removed an existing screened porch and built a three season room on a slab foundation with heated tile floors and large windows to let in plenty of light!
